Here's more from the late, great John Prine. This one from his later years, after two separate bouts with cancer, and his lower, rougher voice, but still full of life and spirit. This is from The 2014 Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival, which he would again return to in 2017. And although it is an outdoor, audience recording, it is one of the better recordings available from this time period, which is why I chose to post this one over some of the other available recordings. However, being a festival show, it is shorter than most of his sets, so I have added some bonus tracks from another longer show (but of lesser audio quality) at The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, October 2013. By this time, Prine was finally starting to accumulate all the success and accolades that had been very slow in building for most of his career. A fine show.

Not having any joy downloading these today BB! Anyone else? Have tried varying browsers from Safari (trouble with Rapidshite etc) Google Chrome and Firefox but it crashes about 52 -75mb in on any download

Just checked and had no problem downloading. Sounds more like a problem with your internet service. I guess just try again later. Thanks.
Oh well thanks BB must be me although it doesn't happen anywhere else but have repeatedly been trying with all three browsers and it just packs up the download after 50meg or so. I am having f dreadful service outages from VirginMedia locally it is even making the news which seems to tell me it's my server but it doesn't happen on any other site. Which is a bit weird. I am giving up for now but will come back again later. Thanks for all your efforts and all you make available us. The previous Prine is still on my playlist for the month. It's a scorcher! Fank yew! ;)
