Creedence Clearwater Revival - 1970-01-31 - Oakland, CA

Creedence Clearwater Revival
January 31, 1970
Oakland Coliseum, Oakland, CA, US

'Midnight On The Bay' (Great Dane CD 9403)
Stereo soundboard recording, excellent quality
Available in both lossless (FLAC) and mp3 (320 kbps) versions

OK, so here we are with John Fogerty, all the way back to the original CCR days. Just had to include some shows of the original band and a young John Fogerty. This show from 1970, probably the very best quality CCR bootleg show available, features CCR in their full glory.  Just a great, classic show, including many of their all-time classic songs.

It's "Don't Look Now"

What's the difference with the official "The Concert", originally mistakenly titled "The Royal Albert Hall Concert"?

chorse,
Actually. I'm not sure how this compares with the official live release, "The Concert". I know this version comes from the bootleg source, Italian Bootleg CD from Great Dane Records, but I am not familiar with the official Fantasy release (didn't even know about it, or that it comes from this same show date, until now). The song timings are different, as well as the overall length (but that may not mean much). I have not directly compared the recordings (as I didn't know there might be an issue here).
